A good set of actions that focus a Design Sprint around (1) a Problem Worth Solving and (2) generates acceptance for it throughout the organization.

I feel that this Design Sprint prep work is often neglected and pushed into Day 1 of the sprint as something you solve while sprinting. As there is not enough time (and expertise) available on that day, this could result in working towards solving non-pressing needs of your users and your organization for five full days.

While we should not kill creativity by putting up restrictions up front, I do also believe that prep work can help in making a sprint be successful, especially in larger organizations with multiple decision makers.
